Question 1

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Use the request-a-quote form to share the product, quantity, size, materials and any artwork. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp. Prices, timelines and minimum quantities are confirmed in the written quote, because they depend on the specification.

Question 2

What are the minimum order quantities?

Accepted Answer

Minimum quantities differ by product, material and print method, so we do not publish one number for everything. Tell us the quantity you have in mind, including small runs, and the quote will state the minimum for that job.

Question 3

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on the product, quantity, finishing and how quickly artwork is approved. We confirm the production time and delivery date in your quote. If you have a deadline, mention it in the form so we can tell you up front whether it is achievable.

Question 4

What artwork files can I upload?

Accepted Answer

You can attach print-ready files such as PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, CDR, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 3 files per upload box and 10 MB per file. For larger files, paste a download link in the notes. Vector PDF or AI files give the sharpest result; raster images should be 300 DPI at the final print size.

Question 5

What if I do not have artwork ready?

Accepted Answer

Send us your logo, text and any reference images in the quote form and describe what you want. Our team will tell you in the quote whether we can prepare the artwork and whether that is included or charged separately.

Question 6

Can you print custom sizes?

Accepted Answer

Many products can be made to your size. Enter the dimensions you need in the quote form and we will confirm what is possible for that product and material.

Question 7

Will I see a proof before printing?

Accepted Answer

We confirm the artwork and specification with you before production starts. Ask for a proof or sample in your enquiry, and the quote will state whether it is available and what it costs.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any advance required are stated in your written quote and invoice. Please read the terms and conditions page, and ask us if anything is unclear before you confirm an order.

Question 9

Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Hyderabad. Tell us the delivery city or pincode in your enquiry and we will confirm delivery options and charges in the quote. See the shipping and delivery page for our policy.

Question 10

What if there is a problem with my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as you receive the order, with your reference number and photos of the issue. Custom printed items are made to your specification, so please read the cancellation and refund policy for how we handle errors, cancellations and reprints.

Question 11

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

Accepted Answer

Per-unit prices usually fall as quantity rises. Ask for quotes at two or three quantities in the same enquiry so you can compare them.

Question 12

Where can I reach you?

Accepted Answer

Call or WhatsApp +91 63054 23157, email info@prinzo.in, or use the contact page. Our address and opening hours are listed there.
